This notice explains what information nabrsystems.com collects when you visit it or contact us, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Nabr Systems is a trading name of Trycleen Limited (company number 16264620), 39 King Street South, Rochdale, OL11 3TR, United Kingdom. For anything relating to your information, email hello@nabrsystems.com.

Information you give us

If you use the enquiry form or book a call, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to give us, such as your business website, what you would like to improve, and the details you enter when booking. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.

We use this only to respond to you, arrange and hold the call, and follow up about our services. We do not sell it.

Booking

Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, the details you enter are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can hold the call.

Visit statistics

We count page visits with a small, self-hosted counter. For each page view it records the page address, the referring page, whether the device appears to be a mobile, whether it is the first page of your visit, and the time. It does not record your IP address, does not set cookies, and does not identify you. A flag is kept in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit so that a visit is counted once.

The site also remembers in your browser whether you have already seen the opening logo animation during this visit.

Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a scrolling library from jsDelivr, which means those providers receive your IP address as part of delivering those files. The site is hosted by Netlify, and enquiry form submissions are stored by our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it, by emailing hello@nabrsystems.com. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Our clients' customers

This notice covers this website. When we handle calls or messages on behalf of a business, that business decides how its customers' information is used, and the arrangements are agreed with it before anything goes live.
